Soft Melt Away Cleansing Balm to Milk

Powered by a balm-to-milk formula, this cleanser is designed to remove waterproof makeup, sunscreen, and impurities while keeping the finish light and comfortable. It starts as a solid balm, melts on contact, and rinses down to a silky milk.

Use the included spatula to take an appropriate amount on dry hands, then massage it over a dry face to dissolve makeup and buildup. Add a small amount of water to emulsify the balm into milk, then rinse thoroughly with lukewarm water.
